Must visit for any true Laurel and Hardy fan. Make sure to spend some time with Gary who is an awesome curator!
It was so much fun to see an 11 year old girl become aquainted with these two icons of comedy. As she watched two of their short films.
Friendly volunteers. Free movie theater. Clean facilities. Best place to stop on a road trip and let the kids run around. It opporates off donations so be sure to bring cash!
The thing that interested me the most was a check written by one of them (I've forgotten which) for $100. For a radio! How much is that with inflation??? Second most interesting thing was a copy of Hardy's last will and testament. Very extensive museum. The restrooms were immaculate. My only wish is that they sold postcards, because my mom would have loved one!
A great place to visit for kids and adults. Movie theater looked in back that shows Laurel & Hardy movies. Interesting that Mr. Hardy was born in this town. Free of charge for the public, they do ask for donations.
